You will get an email confirmation when you place an order with Torunstyle. You will receive an email with the tracking details for your order’s shipment as soon as it is sent. During the checkout process, on the Order Information page, you can select your chosen shipping option.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking information for your shipment. Please get in touch with us if, after five days, you haven’t received tracking information.
 
For some shipping firms, it takes 2–5 business days for the system to refresh with new tracking data. Please get in touch with us at our customer service email for prompt assistance if the tracking information is not updated within 5 days of when the order is placed.

NOTE

Please double-check the accuracy of all delivery information. If there is outdated or incomplete information, we might need to get in touch with you to change it, which could delay the delivery of your order.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Your delivery address may be updated for up to 24 hours. If you need the address changed, send us an email at [email protected].

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

It is the buyer’s duty to ensure that the shipping address is entered accurately (especially the exact number of the apartment in a building). Within 24 hours of placing your order, if you discover any issues with your delivery address, please email us at [email protected] so that we can help you correct it. If not, we will provide you with the carrier’s telephone number so you can call them and change your address.

Even though the tracking update indicates that the package was “delivered to original sender,” this does not mean that the package was returned to our warehouse address; rather, it means that the package was stored by our shipping agency because we use the one-way shipping service to minimize shipping costs as much as possible. Please be aware that we cannot issue a refund for a purchase if:

– The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.

– You refuse the package.

– The package was failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.

– You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or showing the “delivered” status.

We will only give you the shipping carrier information and the tracking number linked to your order so you may monitor your package if it is lost or missing and we have agreed to replace it.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

For a single order, we do not accept shipping to numerous addresses. Please put in separate orders for each address where you want products delivered.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

While we can send to PO Boxes, we are unable to do so to Military APO/FPO addresses.

TAXES & DUTIES

The price of the item and the cost of shipping do not include import tariffs, taxes, local taxes, or other fees. Torunstyle‘stax filing and payment are not the responsibility of Torunstyle. These fees, which differ from nation to nation, are the purchaser’s obligation.

Torunstyle does not collect import taxes or fees; all orders are placed on a “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU) basis. Instead, based on the sales tax regulations of the place you are shipping to, the shipping company will invoice you after delivering your goods.
