When I put on the Gildan Unisex T-Shirt commemorating Adam Wainwright’s St. Louis Cardinals career from 2005-2010 and 2012-2023, the first feeling that comes over me is nostalgia. For almost two decades now, I have been a consistent follower of the MLB Cardinals and Adam Wainwright was, without question, one of the greatest players they had. The t-shirt brings all of his greatest moments back to my mind and reminds me of how his hard work and dedication enabled the Cardinals to have such a successful streak. I can’t help but think back to all of the incredible highlights of his career – from his shutout victory in the 2006 World Series to his first career no-hitter in 2014. “Thank You for the Memories” is aptly inscribed across the t-shirt, and his memory will forever be honored in subtle fashion.
